Processing Time

All ready-to-go jewellery pieces are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — please see individual product details for specific timeframes.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

International orders can take 7–14 working days, depending on location and customs.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Delays & Responsibility
