🌙 Return & Refund Policy — Wild & Aligned Jewellery

At Wild & Aligned, each piece is handmade with love and intention. We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery.

Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

Custom-made or one-of-a-kind pieces are non-refundable.

Jewellery Care Tips

Clean gently: Use a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals.

Store safely: Keep pieces separate in pouches or a lined jewellery box.

Wear wisely: Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Handle with care: Avoid perfume, lotion, or hairspray contact.

To start a return, please email us at wildandaligned@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
